Step 1: Browse Our Website

Browse our website for the silver or gold bullion items you wish to invest in. Prices are updated daily.

Step 2: Place Bullion in the Cart

Once you have identified what you wish to purchase, simply make use of our cart quote system on the website: click on the items you wish to purchase, specify the number of coins or bars, and click on ‘add to quote form.’

If online shopping is not your thing, you may request a quote by sending an e-mail to sales@silver-sphere.co.za. Please be sure to include the exact name of the silver or gold coin(s) or bar(s) and the number of coins or ounces on which you would like to be quoted. In addition, please specify whether you would like to collect your purchase in person, or whether you would like it posted/couriered. See postage and insurance costs further below.

Step 3: Enter Your Details and Press SEND

Enter your details accurately and press send. We will then send you an official quote as soon as we receive your details.

Price is locked in for the rest of the day. Once a quotation has been requested and received, payment must be made on the day that the quote is issued, and proof of payment sent to sales@silver-sphere.co.za.

Step 4: Make Payment Via EFT (only) and Send Proof of Payment

When making payment:

• Email the proof of payment to sales@silver-sphere.co.za. No SMS or WhatsApp, please.
• No third-party payments.
• Funds must be paid from the bank account of the person or entity whose name appears on the sales order/quote.
• Ordering on behalf of a third party means we will require full billing details of the person or company/trust with a letter of authority to make the purchase.
• Copy of ID and proof of residence required for Krugerrand investments.

Step 5: Receive Tracking Information Once Funds Clear

Once payment notification is received, the coins/bars are immediately taken off the inventory list on all advertised platforms. Once funds clear, we carefully package your purchase in a hard plastic container and it is couriered within 24 hours.

Step 6: Receive your Bullion Investment or Collect it at Our Office

The parcel is discreetly packed and the driver has no information about the content of the parcel. All that is required of you is to simply sign that you have received the parcel in hand.

Free shipping and insurance on all orders of 20 ounces or more to major cities across South Africa.

All orders under 20 troy ounces will be shipped via hand-to-hand couriers to major cities for R 125.00, including insurance. Courier to Johannesburg or Pretoria will be R 85.00, including insurance.

Deliveries outside major cities may take longer than 24 hours as they may be serviced less frequently. For security reasons, we ship a maximum of 500 ounces per day, per parcel.
